Very nice bike. Not many of these left anymore. Motor has new piston rings and top end. Carbs are in good shape. Has the very desirable CSR 48 spoke wheels.

Plain and simple, the KAWASAKI CSR 1000 is a classic. The big 1000 cc engine is powerful and extremely durable and reliable. The legacy is that this is a good handling and reliable bike and be can be used in town and on the road for hours without tiring. This is a great bike. It has the 98 HP horsepower classic Kaw 900/1000 motor.
The CSR was the same bike as the LTD. Just a few hundred bucks cheaper, didn't have as much bling / chrome and had the aluminum alloy spoke wheels versus the cast alloy mag wheels on the LTD. The classic 48 spoke wire wheels with the aluminum rims really set it off. There are many replacement and performance parts are out there for the 1000 - new and used!
