"Classic in lousy clothes!"
1980 Yamaha XS650
$950
Plain and simple, the YAMAHA XS650 is a classic. The V-Twin takes up where the 650 Triumph Bonneville left off. The YAMAHA XS650 has a legacy of being a good handling and reliable bike. In it's day the big twin was a performer, being both road raced and flat-tracked. So replacement and performance parts are out there - new and used!
Today, the YAMAHA XS650 is used for projects from restoration, retro-brit bikes to cafe racers. Either way, the bike is light, responsive, handles well and that motor is a sweetheart and responds well to hot rodding.
